Why Elevra

Elevra was born out of a simple, universal longing: the craving for Ghar ka Khana (home-cooked food). Living in the UK, we experienced firsthand the struggle of balancing a high-pressure career or university schedule with the need for authentic, balanced nutrition. We found ourselves constantly choosing between expensive, unhealthy takeout or the mechanical taste of preservative-heavy instant meals.

  • 1. Stove

    Pour the content of the packet in a vessel or a pan. Add suggested water, and cook for 2 minutes. Off the stove, cover it with a lid and wait for 3 minutes, and serve hot.

  • 2. Microwave

    Pour the content of the packet in a microwave bowl. Add suggested water, and microwave on full power for 700W 2 minutes. Take it out, stir well and cover it with a lid for 3 minutes, and serve hot.

  • 3. Boiling Water

    Pour the content of the packet in a bowl. Add suggested water, and stir it well. Cover it with a lid immediately for 5 minutes . Stir again and serve hot.

NOTE:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Once opened, rehydrate the entire content.
  • Water quantity is key to the perfect meal. Add 180ml – 220ml of boiling water, depending on your preferred curry thickness.
  • Contains an oxygen absorber sachet to maintain maximum freshness. Do not eat the sachet.
